LEGAL CAREER
Law Clerk to the Honorable Andrea M. Leahy, Appellate Court of Maryland, 2024-25 Term
Jack is an Associate Attorney at Bragar, Eagel & Squire, P.C. He is based in the firm’s New York office and represents investors and consumers in class action, derivative, and bankruptcy-related matters. He is licensed to practice law in New York and Massachusetts.
Jack developed a strong interest in fighting corporate fraud and misconduct while attending Boston University School of Law. He served as an Executive Editor for Notes and Comments for the Review of Banking and Financial Law and represented BU Law at the Kaufman Memorial Securities Moot Court Competition, where his team reached the semi-finals. Jack also completed an externship with the Consumer Frauds and Protection Bureau of the New York Office of the Attorney General.
Before joining Bragar Eagel & Squire, Jack served as a law clerk to the Honorable Andrea M. Leahy of the Appellate Court of Maryland for the 2024-25 term.
