Bragar Eagel & Squire, P.C., a nationally recognized stockholder rights law firm, announces that a class action lawsuit has been filed against Taboola.com Ltd. (“Taboola.com” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ:TBLA) in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York on behalf of all persons and entities who purchased or otherwise acquired Taboola securities between May 6, 2026 and August 4, 2026, both dates inclusive (the “Class Period”). Investors have until October 20, 2026 to apply to the Court to be appointed as lead plaintiff in the lawsuit.

According to the lawsuit, throughout the Class Period, defendants made materially false and misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that: (1) Taboola.com was seeing an increase in low-quality publishers; (2) as a result, Taboola.com would need to take an aggressive approach to exiting these low-quality publisher relationships, impacting earnings; (3) as a result, the value of Taboola.com's publisher relationships was overstated; and (4) as a result of the foregoing, defendants' positive statements about Taboola.com's business, operations, and prospects were materially misleading and/or lacked a reasonable basis. When the true details entered the market, the lawsuit claims that investors suffered damages.
