Bragar Eagel & Squire, P.C., a nationally recognized stockholder rights law firm, is investigating potential claims against EyePoint Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (“EyePoint” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: EYPT) on behalf of EyePoint stockholders. Our investigation concerns whether EyePoint has violated the federal securities laws and/or engaged in other unlawful business practices.

On August 17, 2026, EyePoint issued a press release “announc[ing] topline results from LUGANO, the first pivotal Phase 3 clinical trial for DURAVYU™ (vorolanib intravitreal insert) for the treatment of wet age-related macular degeneration (wet AMD).”   Specifically, EyePoint disclosed that DURAVYU did not meet the prespecified primary endpoint -- change in best-corrected visual acuity versus on-label aflibercept -- in the full dataset of the company’s Phase 3 LUGANO trial in wet age-related macular degeneration.

On this news, the Company’s stock price declined $9.88, or 67%, to close at $4.87 on August 17, 2026.
