Bragar Eagel & Squire, P.C., a nationally recognized stockholder rights law firm, is investigating potential claims against Enova International, Inc. (“Enova” or the “Company”) (NYSE:ENVA) on behalf of Enova stockholders. Our investigation concerns whether Enova has violated the federal securities laws and/or engaged in other unlawful business practices.

On September 14, 2026, Enova disclosed that it had withdrawn its applications with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency and Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System related to the proposed acquisition of Grasshopper Bancorp, Inc. (“Grasshopper”), stating that “we are confident that withdrawing our applications is the best decision for Enova and our shareholders.” The Grasshopper acquisition was announced in December 2025, and during the Enova’s July 2026 earnings call, CEO Steve Cunningham stated, “I have a lot of confidence in our application. I have a lot of confidence in the process, and I look forward to closing later this year.” On the news that Enova had withdrawn its application, the price of Enova’s shares declined by $53.11 per share, or approximately 23.4%, from $226.72 per share on September 14, 2026 to close at $173.61 on September 15, 2026.
